Она может стать причиной дискомфорта, боли, отека, тромбоза, кровотечения, появления язв, может оказывать негативное влияние на физические, психологические, социальные компоненты качества жизни пациентов и даже привести к инвалидности. А лечение таких пациентов связано с риском рецидива.Несмотря на успехи современной медицины в диагностике и лечении пациентов с варикозной болезнью вен нижних конечностей, эта патология остается наиболее часто встречающейся, и до сих пор нет точного понимания этиологии и патогенеза, существуют проблемы улучшения результатов лечения, все это требует продолжения исследований</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Varicose veins of the lower extremities are a common clinical problem nowadays. It can cause discomfort, pain, swelling, thrombosis, bleeding, ulceration, can have a negative impact on the physical, psychological, and social components of the quality of life of patients and even lead to disability.
