Материалы и методы исследования. В обзоре на основе 28 специальных отечественных и зарубежных литературных источников представлен современный взгляд на патогенез, диагностику, лечение и профилактику «Незамерзающей холодовой травмы» (Nonfreezing cold injury, NFCI). Приведены её действующие клинические классификации по степеням тяжести и стадиям течения патологического процесса. Результаты и их обсуждение. Выявлено, что несмотря на общий большой прогресс в медицине в последние десятилетия, существенного улучшения результатов лечения NFCI не достигнуто. Причиной этого является фрагментарная изученность патофизиологических особенностей возникновения и развития данного патологического процесса. Как следствие отсутствие схем эффективного комплексного патогенетически обоснованного лечения и профилактики заболевания. Проблема лечения патологии стопы, возникшей в результате сочетанного воздействия холодных и влажных условий внешней среды до сих пор ждет от специалистов своего решения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the work – to inform a wide range of medical specialists about modern views on their diagnosis and treatment of patients with foot pathology resulting from the combined effects of cold and wet environmental conditions. Materials and research methods. In the review on the basis of 28 special domestic and foreign literature sources the modern view on pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Nonfreezing cold injury (NFCI) is presented. Its current clinical classifications by degrees of severity and stages of the course of the pathological process are given. Conclusion. It is revealed that despite the general great progress in medicine in the last decades, no significant improvement of NFCI treatment results has been achieved. The reason for this is the fragmentary study of pathophysiological features of the occurrence and development of this pathological process. As a consequence, the absence of schemes of effective complex pathogenetically based treatment and prevention of the disease.
