Служба крови – мост между донором и реципиентом крови. Третья категория участников процессов заготовки и переливания крови – медицинский персонал и волонтёры. Уникальность как социальной базы, так и процессов службы крови обусловили её уникальные изменения при пандемии COVID-19. Цель: провести поиск закономерностей работы по заготовке и переливанию донорской крови в период пандемии COVID-19. Материалы и методы. Проведен поиск обзоров, мета-анализов и рандомизированных клинических исследований по словам «служба крови», «заготовка крови», «переливание крови», «SARS-CoV-2» и «COVID-19» в электронных библиотеках России (eLibrary.ru) и США (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov). Полученные данные сопоставлены с результатами работы госпиталя COVID-19 Пироговского Центра. Для анализа отобрано 72 публикации. Результаты. Структурированы и обсуждены 1) общие вопросы, 2) проблемы заготовки крови, 3) проблемы переливания крови, 4) антиковидная плазма. Заключение. При подготовке к возможной будущей пандемии следует учесть, что: 1) Предупреждающими сигналами пандемии COVID-19 были вспышки коронавируса-1 в предыдущие два десятилетия, 2) Важно будет быстро определить, существует ли риск передачи нового пандемического вируса через кровь, 3) Специалисты службы крови должны быть готовы к изменениям в работе, политике и процедурах, 4) Вопросы охраны труда и безопасности доноров будут в центре внимания, 5) Операторов по работе с кровью также могут привлечь к новым видам деятельности, 6) Разработка сценариев, командно-штабные учения и тренировки, позволят операторам по работе с кровью подготовиться к неизвестным факторам следующей пандемии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Rationale: The blood service is a bridge between donors and recipients. The third category of participants in the blood collection and transfusion processes are medical personnel and volunteers. The uniqueness of both the social base and processes of the blood service have determined its unique changes in the COVID-19 era. Objective: To identify patterns in the collection and transfusion of donor blood during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: A search for reviews, meta-analyses, and randomized clinical trials was conducted using the terms “blood service,” “blood collection,” “blood transfusion,” “SARS-CoV-2,” and “COVID-19” in electronic libraries in Russia (eLibrary.ru) and the United States (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov). The obtained data were compared with the results of the Pirogov Center COVID-19 Hospital. A total of 72 publications were selected for analysis. Results: The following topics were structured and discussed: 1) general issues, 2) blood banking issues, 3) blood collection issues, and 4) anti-COVID plasma.
