Переломы пястных костей составляют треть переломов от всех переломов костей кисти. Чаще всего травмы происходят у пациентов трудоспособного возраста. Однако, несмотря на большую распространённость и социальную значимость переломов пястных костей, отечественные исследования эпидемиологических характеристик не проводились. Цель исследования. Определение эпидемиологических характеристик когорты взрослых пациентов, нуждающихся в оперативном лечении переломов пястных костей. Материалы и методы. Выполнен анализ клинических историй болезней пациентов с переломами II–V пястных костей, получавших лечение в Центре хирургии кисти и реконструктивной микрохирургии ГБУЗ ГКБ им. С.С. Юдина ДЗМ в период с 2022 по 2024 гг. Статистическая обработка полученных данных произведена с использованием SPSS Statistics 28. Результаты. Оценке подверглись 1152 пациента с 1346 переломами пястных костей. По результатам анализа выявлено, что наиболее травмируемой является V пястная кость в субкапитальном и диафизарном отделах. Чаще остальных повреждениям подвержены мужчины в возрасте от 20 до 40 лет. Определена календарная и сезонная зависимость переломов пястных костей – наибольшее количество травм происходило в выходные дни, с пиком травматизма в летний период. Определён ведущий механизм травмы. Заключение. Впервые полученные отечественные эпидемиологические данные, характеризующие переломы II-V пястных костей, оказались сопоставимы с иностранными. Выявленные зависимости позволяют лучше организовать работу травматологического отделения и рассредоточить нагрузку на персонал.

Metacarpal fractures account for a third of all hand fractures. These injuries most often occur in patients of working age. However, despite the high prevalence and social significance of metacarpal fractures, no domestic epidemiological studies have been conducted. Objective: To determine the epidemiological characteristics of a cohort of adult patients requiring surgical treatment for metacarpal fractures. Materials and methods: an analysis of the clinical histories of patients with II-V fractures of metatarsals, who were treated at the Center for Wrist Surgery and Reconstructive Microsurgery of Yudin City Clinical Hospital in the period from 2022 to 2024. Statistical processing of data obtained was carried out using SPSS Statistics 28. Results: 1152 patients with 1346 bone fractures were evaluated. According to the results of the analysis, it was revealed that the most traumatized is the V metatarsal bone in the subcapitular and diaphyseal divisions. The majority of injuries are suffered by men between 20 and 40 years old. The calendar and seasonal dependence of metacarpal fractures was determined – the greatest number of injuries occurred on weekends, with a peak in summer. Determined the leading mechanism of injury. Conclusion: for the first time, domestic epidemiological data characterizing fractures of II-V metatarsals were comparable with foreign ones. The identified dependencies make it possible to better organize the work of the trauma department and to disperse the workload on the staff.
