Паралич трапециевидной мышцы является тяжелой патологией. Потеря её функции обуславливает возникновение существенных статодинамических нарушений у больного, приводя у него к выраженному снижению «качества жизни». Несмотря на наличие технических возможностей и своевременное обращение данного контингента пациентов за квалифицированной медицинской помощью, нередко отмечается несвоевременная постановка правильного диагноза, что, в свою очередь, приводит к запоздалому проведению лечебных мероприятий и снижению их эффективности. Эта ситуация связана с дефицитом информации в специальных литературных источниках по диагностике и лечению больных с параличом трапециевидной мышцы.</p><p>Цель клинической лекции улучшить качество оказания медицинской помощи больным параличом трапециевидной мышцы путем ознакомления широкого круга врачей различных специальностей с современными взглядами на диагностику и нейро-ортопедическое лечение пациентов с данной патологией.</p></sec><sec><title>Основная часть</title><p>Основная часть. В основной части клинической лекции подробно разобраны этиология, диагностика, консервативное и оперативное лечение пациентов с параличом трапециевидной мышцы. Изложена важность проведения правильного клинического обследования больных с подозрением на паралич трапециевидной мышцы. Большое внимание уделено изложению применяемым методикам оперативного ортопедического лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Отмечено, что проведение в полном объеме физикального обследования у больных с параличом трапециевидной мышцы является залогом постановки правильного диагноза и дальнейшего эффективного лечения. Ввиду отсутствия на сегодняшний день эффективных и широко доступных патогенетически обоснованных технологий нейрохирургического лечения данной патологии, выполнение ортопедической операции по методике EdenLange в модификации по Elhassan обеспечивает достаточное нивелирование возникших у пациентов статодинамических нарушений, улучшая их показатели «качества жизни» до приемлемого уровня.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Trapezius muscle paralysis is a severe pathology. Loss of its function causes significant statodynamic disorders in the patient, leading to a significant decrease in the «quality of life». Despite the availability of technical capabilities and timely appeal of this contingent of patients for qualified medical care, untimely correct diagnosis is often noted, which in turn leads to late implementation of treatment measures and a decrease in their effectiveness. This situation is associated with a lack of information in specialized literary sources on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with trapezius muscle paralysis.</p><p>The purpose of the clinical lecture is to improve the quality of medical care for patients with trapezius muscle paralysis by familiarizing a wide range of doctors of various specialties with modern views on diagnostics and neuro-orthopedic treatment of patients with this pathology.</p></sec><sec><title>Main part</title><p>Main part. The main part of the clinical lecture examines in detail the etiology, diagnostics, conservative and surgical treatment of patients with trapezius muscle paralysis. The importance of conducting a correct clinical examination of patients with suspected trapezius muscle paralysis is outlined. Much attention is paid to the presentation of the applied methods of surgical orthopedic treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. It is noted that a full physical examination of patients with trapezius muscle paralysis is a guarantee of establishing a correct diagnosis and further effective treatment.
