Пострадавший в стабильном состоянии прошел через несколько эвакуационных этапов, далее был оперирован. В условиях искусственного кровообращения инородное тело было извлечено неодимовым магнитом из трансаортального доступа, затем потребовалось значительное расширение объема вмешательства с целью ревизии и ушивания ложа удаленного осколка в межжелудочковой перегородке. Послеоперационный период и реабилитация протекали без осложнений.</p><p>Приведены некоторые исторические и статистические сведения, относящиеся к огнестрельным ранениям сердца, освещены аспекты диагностики и тактики лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents a case of a mine blow shrapnel wound to the chest with shell fragment fixation in the interventricular septum. The patient underwent several evacuation stages in stable condition and then underwent surgery. Under cardiopulmonary bypass, the foreign body was removed with a neodymium magnet through a transaortic approach. The operation necessitated a significant expansion of the surgical procedure to explore and suture the removed fragment bed in the interventricular septum.
