Проанализированы 4 клинических случая ФЭ, в двух из которых использовали фемтосекундное лазерное сопровождение. В течение 12 месяцев наблюдения после ФЭ не было выявлено значимого влияния на картометрические данные независимо от исходного состояния роговицы и применения фемтосекундного лазера. Данные пОКТ также не выявили выраженных изменений в зоне НГСЭ после ФЭ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study aimed to evaluate the impact of cataract phacoemulsification (PE) on keratometry in patients who had previously undergone non-penetrating deep sclerectomy (NPDS), using anterior segment optical segment coherence tomography (OCT). Methods: We analyzed four clinical cases of PE, two of which were performed with femtosecond laser assistance. Results: During the 12-month follow-up period after PE, no significant effect on keratometric parameters was observed, irrespective of the initial corneal status or the use of a femtosecond laser.
