Туберкулезный перитонит относится к достаточно редкой патологии. Данное заболевание является осложнением при специфическом поражении лимфатических узлов брюшной полости, кишечника, половых органов, позвоночника, распространяясь контактным путем.Цель исследования. Представить клиническое наблюдение пациента с туберкулезным перитонитом, развившимся на фоне инфекции, вызванной вирусом иммунодефицита человека.Методы. Представлено клиническое наблюдение пациента, оперированного по поводу туберкулезного перитонита, развившегося развившимся на фоне инфекции, вызванной вирусом иммунодефицита человека, особенности диагностики, течения заболевания.Результаты. Представлен результат успешного лечения туберкулезного перитонита, развившегося на фоне инфекции, вызванной вирусом иммунодефицита человека, в результате, после диагностической лапароскопии была выполнена резекция 20 см подвздошной кишки с анастомозом «конец-в-конец», санация, дренирование брюшной полости. Послеоперационное течение без осложнений, швы сняты на 12-е сутки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Justification of the study. Tuberculous peritonitis is a fairly rare pathology. This disease is a complication caused by a specific lesion of the lymph nodes of the abdominal cavity, intestines, genitals, and spine, spreading through contact.The purpose of the study. To present a clinical case of a patient with tuberculous peritonitis who developed against the background of infection caused by the human immunodeficiency virus.Methods. The article presents a clinical case of a patient operated on for tuberculous peritonitis that developed against the background of infection caused by the human immunodeficiency virus, diagnostic features, and the course of the disease.Results. The result of successful treatment of tuberculous peritonitis, which developed against the background of infection caused by the human immunodeficiency virus, is presented. As a result, after diagnostic laparoscopy, resection of 20 cm of the ileum with end-to-end anastomosis, sanitation, and drainage of the abdominal cavity were performed.
