Преимуществом метода являются отсутствие необходимости тумесцентной анестезии и послеоперационной компрессии. В клиническом наблюдении продемонстрирован опыт ЦКО варикозных вен у пациентки, находящейся на пожизненной антикоагулянтной терапии варфарином. За период наблюдения в послеоперационном периоде в течение 1, 3, 6 и 12 месяцев была отмечена стойкая целевая окклюзия подкожной венозной магистрали. Однако при контрольном осмотре через 36 месяцев была отмечена значимая реканализация одной из двух сафенных вен.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cyanoacrylate adhesive closure (CAC) of varicose veins of the lower limbs has been in practical use for more than a decade. The main advantages of CAC are avoidance of tumescent anesthesia and post-interventional compression. In this clinical report we illustrate a case of glue ablation in a patient receiving life-long antithrombotic therapy (warfarin). The follow-up on 1, 3, 6 and 12 months post-procedure has shown occlusion of the target saphenous veins.
