Обоснование. В ортопедической практике современное хирургическое лечение подколенных кист Бейкера проводится с использованием артроскопических методов. Единого мнения о технике и объеме оперативного вмешательства нет. В настоящее время остается актуальным поиск оптимальных решений для артроскопического вмешательства, которые позволили бы сократить затраты на реабилитацию пациента.Цель работы — оценка эффективности использования артроскопических технологий при хирургическом лечении пациентов с кистой Бейкера по данным научных публикаций.Материалы и методы. Поиск работ проведен в поисковых системах Yandex, Google и базах данных CyberLeninka, eLibrary.Ru, PubMed и ScienceDirect, по поисковым словам: подколенная киста, киста Бейкера, артроскопия, иссечение, оперативное лечение (англ. popliteal cyst, Baker’s cyst, arthroscopy, excision, surgical treatment). Выполнен анализ 47 литературных источников, проведена сравнительная оценка эффективности хирургического лечения кисты Бейкера, в т. ч. с применением артроскопического заднемедиального доступа.

Intraduction. In orthopedic practice, modern surgical treatment of popliteal Baker’s cysts is carried out using arthroscopic methods. Surgical treatment of Baker’s cysts is variable, there is no consensus on the technique and extent of surgical intervention. To date, the search for optimal solutions for arthroscopic intervention remains relevant, which would reduce the cost of patient recovery.The aim of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of surgical treatment of Baker’s cyst using arthroscopic technologies according to scientific publications.Methods. An analysis of 47 literature sources was performed and a comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of surgical treatment of Baker’s cyst, including the use of arthroscopic posteromedial access, was carried out.
