За последние десятилетия появились новые препараты и методы ранней диагностики злокачественных опухолей органа зрения. Тем не менее, в практической офтальмологии остается проблема несвоевременной диагностики и лечения этих заболеваний, что приводит к более радикальным и менее органосохраняющим методам лечения и, как следствие, к ухудшению косметических и функциональных результатов при последующем глазном протезировании.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Анализ и обсуждение литератур по тематике: глазное протезирование и офтальмоонкология, используя доступные базы данных.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Оптимизация отечественных и зарубежных научных работ, используя базы данных еLibrary, PubMed, ScienceDirect и Google Scholar.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Проанализированы 52 наиболее актуальных источников отечественной и зарубежной литературы.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Проанализировав данные литературы в отечественных и зарубежных источниках, можно сделать вывод, что мировое врачебное сообщество не раскрыло в полном объеме вопрос о глазном протезировании у пациентов после онкологического лечения. В данном направлении нужны больше исследования и практических рекомендации. Использования ступенчатого способа протезирования, а также формы глазных протезов с учетом индивидуальных особенностей конъюнктивальной полости поможет достичь наилучшие результаты.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>New drugs and methods of early diagnosis of malignant tumors of the visual organ have appeared in the last decades. Nevertheless, the problem of untimely diagnosis and treatment of these diseases remains in practical ophthalmology, which leads to more radical and less organ-preserving methods of treatment and, as a consequence, to the deterioration of cosmetic and functional results in subsequent eye prosthetics.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To analyze and discuss the literature on the following topics: ocular prosthetics and ophthalmic oncology using available databases.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Optimization of domestic and foreign scientific papers using eLibrary, PubMed, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar databases.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The 52 most relevant sources of domestic and foreign literature were analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Having analyzed the literature data in domestic and foreign sources, we can conclude that the world medical community has not fully disclosed the issue of eye prosthetics in patients after oncological treatment. More research and practical recommendations are needed in this area.
